Consistent- Willing to confront obstacles head on and push past them until the goal is achieved.
Focused- Not easily distracted by obstacles, never allowing your "Why" to become your "Why Not".
Approachable- Make others feel important and possess the power of caring about people.
Helpful- Realize the way to achieve your goals is by helping others achieve their goals.
Visionary- Think in terms of abundance not lack. The best way to control the future is to create it.
Honest- Communicate honestly at all times.
Team Player- Recognizes that the potential of a team is far beyond one person.
Student of the Game- Willing to read and continue to master the changes of our industry.
Commitment- You must have decided and determined when and how much time will be put into building your business.
These are only a few of the qualities needed to join our team. Many people get into this business expecting more out of it than they put into it. Then after 3 months of minimum success, if any, they quit, but hang around in a "state of quit" for another 12-18 months before transferring back to civilian life.
We are not looking for everyone to join our team, we are only looking for the best of the best. We will not allow anyone or anything to prevent us from achieving success.
